Morris Martin Moore regularly represent Unions in grievance arbitration hearings and cases before the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board and Canada Industrial Relations Board, as well as Human Rights matters and claims arising under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act. We have been providing legal services to Unions involved in the Industrial/Commercial and Special Project construction fields from the time of the Hibernia Project in Bull Arm to the current Muskrat Falls Project.
